Mid shot
Director is enabling the audience to understand/become more familiar with their
character and becoming motivated with the character as they are able to see
characters facial expressions.
Close up
Enables the director to focus on the character and their emotions at that time.
Extremely close up
Very intense for audience as they see ONLY the characters facial expressions.
High angle shot
Gives the audience a sense of the characters vulnerability.
Low angle shot
Gives the audience a sense of characters power which could suggest audience
fell vulnerable towards this character.
